Vinification: manual selection of the grapes and the berries, medium maceration, alcoholic fermentation in natural concrete vats fermented at a controlled temperature.
Aging: Afeter malolactic fermentation, 12 months in French barrique and at least 12 months in bottles.
Bottle capacity: 750 ml. – Magnum 1,5 lt. – Magnum 3 lt.
Food and wine pairing: Roasted red meats, Florentina steaks and aged cheeses (6-12 months).
